Judge Kim Browne of Columbus, OH; arrogant dimwit

The state of Ohio presented Kim A. Browne with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Ohio State University School of Law.

FYI: Former Gov. Bob Taft was duped into appointing Kim Browne as a Franklin County Juvenile Court Judge in 2002. Kim did not receive the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the greater Columbus area. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

It should be noted that this is not the first Award provided to Judge Browne. Her prior award titled “Family Court Judge Kim Browne of Columbus rated 2012 Loser of the Year” can be viewed by visiting the URL at the end of this article.

In October 2020, to further cement her status as an Arrogant Dimwit, Judge Browne had the temerity to appoint a convict and admitted shoplifter Terrence Scott as a Franklin County Juvenile Court Magistrate Judge.

Judge Brown’s conduct in appointing Scott as a Magistrate Judge with the same powers as an elected Juvenile Court judge is appalling to say the least. However, it is in keeping with her history of engaging in questionable conduct.

I suspect it will not be long before Magistrate Judge Terrence Scott is caught engaging in some form of egregious misconduct that will likely lead to him being tossed off the bench.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Kim Browne continues to sit asa Franklin County Juvenile Court judge in Columbus, Ohio.
