Attorney Ronnie Clay of Fincastle, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Ronnie Lee Clay with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding objectives to be sought
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Ronnie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.botetourtlawyers.com. Apparently, Ronnie chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his and his firm’s future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Ronnie practices with Spigle Massey & Clay at 8166 Roanoke Road in Fincastle, Virginia.
