Attorney Jeffrey Bailey of Richmond, VA; dimwitted slacker

The state of Virginia presented Jeffrey Brian Bailey with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Regent University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jeff!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Jeff practices at 1418 Huntland Road in Richmond, Virginia.
