Attorney Michael Ephraim of Annandale, VA; dimwitted loser

The state of Virginia presented Michael Dana Ephraim with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in prohibited transactions with a client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Mikey practices with Virginia Divorce Center PLLC at 7301 Ivycrest Place in Annandale, Virginia.
