Attorney Joshua Gillelan II of Mitchellville, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Joshua Thomas Gillelan II with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Josh guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the mandatory annual Pro Bono and IOLTA reporting requirements
• Failed to pay his mandatory annual assessment to the Client Protection Fund of Maryland for several years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Josh by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
