Attorney Keisha Richardson of Memphis, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee provided Keisha Moses Richardson with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Keisha guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the rules of professional conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects
  • Convicted by a jury of Violation of an Order of Protection
  • Conduct reflected adversely on fitness to practice
  • Knowingly deceived ethics investigators (Up yours, said Keisha!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Keisha by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2020) Keisha practices her brand of law at 7289 Blenheim Lane in Memphis, Tennessee.
