Attorney Aadam Alikhan of Danville, IL; cocaine druggie

The state of Wisconsin presented Aadam Mir Alikhan with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Aadam guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an assistant states’ attorney.

• Committed criminal acts reflecting adversely on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Purchased and used cocaine
• While so acting, Aadam prosecuted felony cases involving possession and sales of controlled substances
• Forensic psychiatrist found Adam suffered from Cocaines Use Disorder
• The psychiatrist also found Adam suffred from Alcohol Use Disorder
• For at least one year, Adam purchases and used cocaine that he purchased from Frederick Stanford
• After Stanford was arrested, his phone contained text messages with Aadam including messages wherein Adam arranged to purchase cocaine from Stanford

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Aadam by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Aadam will resume his so-called brand of law sometime in late 2022 at 3209 Melanie Drive in Danville, Illinois.
