Donald “Small Hands Donnie” Trump diagnosed with severe case of Hemorrhoids

Several anonymous and questionable sources indicated to me that The Great Leader was recently diagnosed with suffering from a severe case of Hemorrhoids.
After being advised by his physician that he would have to undergo a colonoscopy and a rectal Cat Scan, The Great Leader became somewhat anxious. This led him to have his press secretary Kayleigh McEnany to go to the nearest library and fetch him a copy of a Happy Hands Book, “My First Rectal Exam.”
Sean Hannity, an Aspiring Amateur Proctologist provided The Great Leader with a passing score after performing a colonoscopy on him.
Unfortunately for The Great Leader, the Cat Scan was not as successful as the colonoscopy. After consultation among several of The Great Leader’s attending physicians including Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Lou Dobbs, and Jeanine Pirro, it was determined that the cause of the hemorrhoids was his long-term relationship with Rudy Giuliani.
