Solicitor Jackson Cheung of Hong Kong; convicted thief

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Jackson Cheung with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law. He also received a license to practice law in England and Wales in 1997, New South Wales in 1984 and Singapore in 1995.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Jackie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Conduct unbecoming a solicitor
  • Compromised his integrity (what integrity?)
  • Pled guilty to four counts of theft

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Jackie by gifting him

with a complimentary censure and a fine of HK$4,000.00 ($19,162.00 US).

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Jackie practices with, Hong Kong.
