Solicitor Christopher Whitelaw of New South Wales; scamming loser

The Law Society presented Christopher John Whitelaw with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Prepared and suggested creation of invoices for the purpose of a party assessment which did not accurately reflect the true position in relation to costs paid by the client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Chris practices His brand of law with Chalfont Chambers at 9/67 Castlereagh Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
