Judge Jonathan Young of Cookeville, TN; perverted loser

The state of Tennessee presented Charles Wayne Sullivan with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in explicit sexual communications with a woman who formerly had a child custody matter before him
• Engaged in explicit sexual communications with a woman who law firm did business with his court
• Engaged in sexual conversations and solicited pictures while donned in his judicial robe
• Failed to avoid words or conduct that manifested bias or prejudice
• Failed to act in matter promoting public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Johnny the Perv continues to sit as a Circuit Court Judge in Cookeville, Tennessee.
