Former Judge Ryan Kamada of Greeley, CO; potty mouth convict

The state of Colorado presented Ryan Kamada with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Warren guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Texted a photo of divorce papers in a group chat
  • Wrote in text he was “going to grant [divorce] this today so she is free game tomorrow night”
  • Discussed a pending dependency and neglect case, disclosing information about the family and the fact that the mother had overdosed
  • Talked about a former client by name in a group text
  • In a text stated: “I did her custody [expletive], and she is one strange cat,” Kamada allegedly wrote. “If that kid lives, I’ll be shocked.”
  • Sent a photo of a father and child to his friends and texted, “Check out the dad in my trial today”
  • Looked up information on a criminal defendant for a friend
  • Texted that a defendant “wasn’t convicted of the sex assault, but he was on other charges and ended up in fucking prison man … Oh yeah. He was fucking a 14-year-old and giving her cocaine. Don’t say anything man”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Colorado Supreme Court ordered that Ryan be disbarred.

Additionally, Ryan was recently (ca. October 2020), convicted in federal court of obstructing a federal investigation when he warned a friend about a warrant being issued against a drug trafficker.

All that remains now is to see how long Ryan will spend locked up in the Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary. Hopefully, the sentencing judge will order that Ryan be incarcerated in Cell No. 118 where he’ll be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is rumored to one friendly guy.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Ryan is now seeking employment as a greeter at the Walmart Super Center Store in Greeley, Colorado.
