Solicitor Lee Suet Fern of Singapore; slacker, loser

The Law Society of Singapore presented Lee Suet Fern with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Cambridge University School of Law.

The Singapore Disciplinary Tribunal found Lee guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in grossly improper conduct
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Violated solicitor rules by acting in respect of a significant gift (a one-third share in client’s Estate) that the client intended to give by Will to LHY
  • Failed to advise client to be independently advised in respect of this significant gift

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Three Judges of the Republic of Singapore punished Lee by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Lee and her firm failed to disclose the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.morganlewis.com.  Apparently, they decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Lee practices with Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC at 10 Cllyer Quay in Singapore.
