The Victoria Law Society presented Lupco Vanchov (Louis) Angelovski with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

• Misled clients in relation to the status and progress of their matters (x3)
• Delayed the progress of a client's workers compensation matter
• Engaged in gross negligence
• Failed to act in accordance with a client's instructions
• Failed to comply with undertakings to the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner
• Engaged in gross delay of client matters
• Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
