Solicitor Mark Davidson of New South Wales, AUS; ethical elf

The Victoria Law Society presented Mark Ronald Frank Davidson with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Willfully mishandled client trust funds
• Failure to pay third parties in a reasonable time
• Engaged in Professional Misconduct
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in persistent delays in the payment of moneys due to third parties

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a fine of $20,000.00 (USD $14,094.00).
