Solicitor David Deutsch of New South Wales, AUS; ethical dwarf

The Victoria Law Society presented David Deutsch with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Caused a deficiency in his client trust account
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
