Solicitor David Dickinson of New South Wales, AUS; bully

The Victoria Law Society presented David John Dickinson with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Placed undue pressure on client to execute deed of settlement
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
