Solicitor Van Dimitri of New South Wales, AUS; ethical elf

The Victoria Law Society presented Van Dimitri with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Van guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Improperly borrowed funds from a client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Van by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Van practices with Bolzan & Dimitri at 331 Balmain Road in Leichhardt, New South Wales, Australia.
