Solicitor Geoffrey Donaghy of New South Wales, AUS; ethical elf

The Victoria Law Society presented Geoffrey James Donaghy with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Geoffrey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay third party funds owing to said party
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Geoffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Geoffrey practices with GJ Donaghy & Company at 164 Molesworth Street in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.
