Solicitor Martin Dubler of New South Wales, AUS; scamming loser

The Victoria Law Society presented Martin Caesar Dubler with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Witnessed the execution of a Will and a Power of Attorney when those documents had not been executed by the testator or donor
• Made false certification under s19 of the Powers of Attorney Act 2003
• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a fine of $3,000.00 (USD $2,117.00).
