Solicitor Bronwyn Dwyer of New South Wales, AUS; lying loser

The Victoria Law Society presented Bronwyn Ann Dwyer with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Bronwyn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failure to follow client instructions
• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to inform the client that the court had dismissed the proceedings because of inactivity
• Misled the Law Society of NSW (Screw you, said Bronwyn!)
• Engaged in professional Misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Bronwyn by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
