Attorney Cole Chase of Klamath Falls, OR: convicted of menacing with a gun
The state of Oregon presented Cole Chase with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.
The Disciplinary Counsel found Cole guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Involved in verbal altercation while drinking at a bar with Brad Zimmer

Outside the bar, the conflict escalated to the point that Cole drew his semi-automatic pistol and pointed it at Zimmer

Cole then advanced on Zimmer, grabbed him, and pressed him against a wall, pressing the gun into his head, causing a cut behind his ear

After police arrived at the bar, Cole surrendered his gun by placing t in the bed of a pickup and stepping away

A grand jury returned an eight-count indictment that included two counts of unlawful use of a weapon with a firearm, menacing, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and two counts of pointing a firearm at another

Cole pled no contest [guilty in effect] to two counts of unlawful use of a weapon with a firearm and two counts of menacing
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Cole by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. September 2020), Cole is employed as a Klamath County Deputy District Attorney in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
