Attorney Allan Bakalian of Redmond, WA; ethical troll

The state of Washington presented Allan Byers Bakalian with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Allan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Allan!)
• Misconduct related to Mikey’s conduct in representing a client in a trust matter
• Failed to respond to subpoena for Office of Disciplinary Counsel (Screw you, said Allan!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Allan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Allan practices his brand of law with Bakalian & Associates PS at 8201 164^th Avenue in Redmond, Washington.
