Attorney Donna Gibson of Mount Vernon, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Donna Marie Gibson with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Donna guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Misconduct related to Donna’s representation of a client in various employment law matters

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Donna’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Donna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Donna practices her brand of law with the Law Office of Donna Beasley Gibson Dean at 1204 Cleveland Avenue in Mount Vernon, Washington.
