The state of Nevada presented Terrence P. Marren with a law license in 1977 after he graduated for a 3rd tier law school at California Western School of Law located in San Diego.
After receiving his law license, Terrence has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. Terry’s public pork was provided to him as follows:
During the time he provided useless services on the Family Court, the Judicial Commission charged Terrance with misconduct for repeatedly failing to enter rulings on pending cases such as
Of course all of the above litigants were victims of Terrence’s lazy work habits. The Breitenfeldt litigants had to wait nineteen (19) months for the Lazy Moron to do the job that the taxpayers paid him to do. Of course those abused taxpayers included all of the above named litigants.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Terrence by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
Despite irrefutable evidence that Terrence is a lazy loser, the chief enabler for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court, Chief Justice Nancy Saitta, continues to appoint Terrence as a visiting retired judge in Las Vegas, thereby allowing him to ingest as much as $100,000 a year in addition public pork.
As we speak (ca. May 2012) Chief Justice Nancy Saitta allows Terrence to continue to hose Las Vegas taxpayers by repeatedly assigning him to sit on the Family Court.
