Former Judge Jay Spechler of Hollywood, FL; bullying loser

The state of California presented Rosemary Therese McGuire with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.  

The Florida Bar found Jay guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which involved his relationship with retired Broward County Judge Thomas Lynch and his family, who were closely entwined in a positive relationship. Subsequently, the relationship soured, and Jay posted the following threatening comment on a courthouse blog in Broward County known as “JAAblog.”

• “Your [Judge Lynch and his son] intimidation and scare tactics will come to a screeching halt, just like your pathetic miserable lives.”
• “Waiting is the hardest part.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Jay practices his brand of law at 1026 North Northlake Drive in Hollywood, Florida.
