Judge Kerry Early of Las Vegas, NV; potty mouth bully

The state of Nevada provided Kerry Early with a law license in after she graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline found Judge Early guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Screamed or yelled at the chief judge after her assistant was asked to remove flyers posted in in elevators at the Regional Justice Center announcing a retirement party for her husband
• Repeatedly addressed her Judicial Executive Assistant (JEA) in a loud, offensive, and profane manner in the presence of others
• Raised her voice and swore several times among courthouse staff between 2015 and 2019
• After Chief Judge told Kerry she would be assigned strictly to civil cases she became very upsets and started yelling at him
• While addressing her JEA, Kerry used loud, offensive, and profane language in telling her a condescending manner she could not be trusted to keep magazines or choose correct paint and color samples for Kerry’s chambers
• Failed to act in patient, dignified and courteous manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kerry by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Kerry continues to sit as an Eighth Judicial District Court judge for Clark County in Las Vegas, Nevada.
