Solicitor Timothy Burcher of New Zealand; repeat offender

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Timothy Burcher with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Auckland Law School.

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyance Disciplinary Tribunal found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Breached orders of the Tribunal (Up yours, said Timmy!)
  • Engaged in disgraceful conduct in relation to four particulars
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jimmy’s Fist bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Timmy practices with Burcher Law Limited in Remuera, Auckland, New Zealand.
