Attorney Lawrence Venoit of New Brunswick, CAN; deceitful loser

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Mark S. Sheehan with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Larry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to discharge with integrity his duty to the administration of justice
• Failed to perform legal services to the standard of a competent lawyer (imbecile)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly assisted in dishonest conduct
• Knowingly misstated the contents of a document
• Concealed his knowledge that a property involving a client was in fact occupied as a marital home

All that remains now is to what if any punishment is meted out by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.
