Attorney Euclide LeBouthillier of New Brunswick, CAN; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Euclide LeBouthillier with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Euclide guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest involving two clients
  • Failed to provide a receipt to a client for money received in cash
  • Failed to deposit client’s cash funds immediately into his trust account
  • Failed to disclose in replies to the Law Society to a complaint filed by a client that he had backdated a client invoice by seven months

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Euclide by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. January 2021) Euclide practices at 79 rue LeGresley in Neguac, New Brunswick, Canada.
