Judge John Fishel of York, PA; disgusting pervert

Former Gov. Ed Rendell was duped into appointing Johnny as a Magisterial District Court Judge in July 2009. Johnny didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified person in the greater York County area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Engaged in several instances of making inappropriate sexual comments and actions

• Johnny told his staff that he had rubbed his penis on the brim of a coffee mug as a joke
• Discussed topics such as anal sex and circumcision with court staff and others
• Discussed preferences for a "big ass" with staff
• Sat on the lap of a court staff member in 2018
• Caused distress to staff member who did not want to be touched by behaving as though he was going to touch her
• Failed to act in a way that promotes confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to act "patient, dignified, and courteous" in front of court staff
• Engaged in activity prohibited by law (scofflaw)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Judicial Perverts sitting on the Judicial Conduct Board punished Johnny by allowing him to enter into a diversionary program for perverts that will then allow for him to earn the dismissal of the misconduct charges lodged against him.

Because Judicial Misfits in Pennsylvania are held to a much lower standard of conduct, Johnny wasn’t criminally charged with sexual misconduct or assault.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Johnny the Perv continues to sit as a York County District Court judge in York, Pennsylvania.
