Attorney Scott F. Anderson of Milwaukee; repeat offender, Dufus
The Wisconsin Supreme Court provided Scott F. Anderson with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.
In the past the Wisconsin Supreme Court found Scott guilty of the following misconduct:
In one of the cases, Scotty’s was so incompetent that he allowed the statutory time for filing a lawsuit to pass, thereby denying his clients the right to pursue their claims in court. Scotty did basically the same thing when failing to file a writ on behalf of criminal defendant within court imposed deadlines for doing so.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Scotty’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for failing to file a lawsuit on behalf of a client and never told the client he didn’t file it allowing him to believe it had been. Put simply, Scotty’s current misconduct is no different than that set forth above.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the defenders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with yet another complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Scott practices law at 207 East Buffalo Street in Milwaukee.
