Attorney Jason Holleman of Nashville; idiot, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided presented Jason Daniel Holleman with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

Jason’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Placed concealed tracking device on ex-girlfriend’s car and traced her whereabouts without her consent for about six months
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

Jason’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Pursued claims that lacked merit
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Made misrepresentation to court that a descendant of the family buried in the cemetery had agreed to re-inter the bodies at a perpetual care cemetery

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. August 2020) Jason practices at 4210 Park Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee.
