Attorney Kent Jones of Cleveland, TN; drunken loser

The state of Tennessee provided presented Kent Thomas Jones with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Appeared in court on client’s behalf smelling of alcohol and acting erratically
• Court personnel removed Kent from the courthouse, and he was later charged with public intoxication

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Kent practices at 1441 Guthrie Drive NW in Cleveland, Tennessee.
