Attorney Michael Richardson of Chattanooga, TN; ethical elf

The state of Tennessee provided presented Michael Eugene Richardson with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• In client fee agreement, Mikey designated his fee as nonrefundable
• Mikey failed to obtain written agreement signed by his client confirming that the fee was non-refundable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Mikey practices at 633 Chestnut Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
