Barrister Kevin Barry of England; pervert, loser

The Law Society presented Kevin James Barry with a Barristers license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law. 

The Bar Standards Board found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him or in the profession
• Engaged in unwanted sexual conduct
• Touched a woman’s face, telling her that she was beautiful and attempting to kiss her, whilst at the Cellar Door bar, without her consent
• Placed his hand down the top of her skirt and squeezed her bottom on more than one occasion at the Cellar Door bar without C’s consent
• Ran his hand up and down her thigh, on more than one occasion, in a taxi without her consent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a fine in sum of £3000 ($3,873.00).

And lastly, because Barrister Misfits in the United Kingdom are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Kevin was neve criminally prosecuted for sexual assault.
