Solicitor Matthew Manz of New South Wales; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Matthew Kenneth Manz with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Queensland School of Law.

The Civil and Administrative Tribunal of New South Wales found Matty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Assisted clients in assignment of management rights to evade creditors
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Civil and Administrative Board punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, fined $5,000, and assessed costs of $30,000.00.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Matty practices at 235 Varsity Parade Lakes in Queensland, New South Wales.
