Solicitor Craig Jensen of New South Wales; cheating loser

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Craig Graham Selwyn Lee Jensen with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Queensland School of Law.

The Civil and Administrative Tribunal of New South Wales found Craig guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Assisted clients in assignment of management rights to evade creditors
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Misappropriated [stole] client trust funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Civil and Administrative Board punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, fined $5,000, and assessed costs of $30,000.00.
