Judge Paul Sushchyk of Boston, MA; perverted loser

The state of Massachusetts provided Paul Michael Sushchyk with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

Governor Charlie Baker was duped into nominating Paul M. Sushchyk to serve as a Circuit Associate Justice of the Probate and Family Court. Charlie didn’t receive the nomination because he was the most qualified

The Massachusetts Judicial Commission has charged Paulie with engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Groped an office worker at a bar after a work conference
  • Worked said she was on a bar stool when she felt someone slide his full hand under her and “grab upwards,” and she turned around and saw Paulie
  • Pinched or squeezed the buttocks of the female administrative office worker
  • Engaged in willful judicial misconduct
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to comply with the law
  • Failed to perform his judicial duties without bias, prejudice, or harassment

Paulie’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defense

Said he came into contact with the worker’s body when he had to steady himself because of the effects of his surgery and a long day of work.

Yeah, this is not an unusual occurrence, right Paulie?

When a feller, especially a judge loses his balance and there happens to be a woman sitting on a bar stool, the only logical way to steady yourself is to “slide your hand under her and grab upwards towards her private parts.

Sounds like a plan Charlie! Maybe you should ask the Judicial Conference to include this balancing act in its annual program so that all the judges can benefit from your experience and expertise.

And lastly, because Judicial Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a much lower standard of conduct, Paulie has not been criminally charged with sexual assault.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Paulie continues to sit as a Probate and Family Court judge in Boston, Massachusetts.
