Attorney David Pasulka of Chicago; perverted loser

The state of Illinois provided David P. Pasulka with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. The state of California provided Davey with a law license in 1985.

The Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission has found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

According to reporter Amanda Robert, Davey “stated to [the woman]n order to receive his support in recommending that she receive sole custody, she only had to ‘do a little extra something’ and that she was a ‘smart girl,’ and that if she really wanted her children, he could ‘do that’ for her if she would have sex with him.”

• Offered to help a woman obtain custody of her children in exchange for having sex with him
• While meeting with the woman, Davey put his hand under her scarf and began touching her breasts
• Davey put his hand under the woman’s dress and began stroking her legs
• Sexually abused three female employees between 202 and 2018
• Forcibly kissed and inappropriately touched the three employees, and on several occasions, he forcibly penetrated them with his fingers
• Davey also repeatedly asked the three employees to engage in sexual acts with him
• Arrested for driving under the influence (DUI)
• After consuming 1 pint of vodka, Davey rear-ending another car on his way home and drove away without stopping

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Davey the Perv by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Davey has not been charged with sexual assault.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.pasulkalaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
