Attorney Aneel Pandey of Nashville, TN; serial perjurer

The state of Tennessee presented Aneel Pandey with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

In early 2012 the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Tennessee Surpeme Court found Aneel guilty of the following misconduct regarding the manner in which he acted as a party to a divorce case.

Lied under oath 3 times as to material fact regarding the divorce action (perjury)
Answered untruthfully to a written interrogatory (perjury)

Of course it should have been obvious to all in attendance when Aneel repeatedly perjured himself since his lips were moving.

As a consequence of his egregious misconduct as set forth above, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Tennessee Surpeme Court punished Aneel by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Because Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else in Tennessee, Aneel was never criminally charged for perjury or for obstruction of justice.

Is it any wonder that the vast majority of Tennesseans have absolutely no faith in the attorney disciplinary system?

As we speak (ca. April 2012) Aneel practices his so-called brand of law in the Nashville area.
