Attorney Adam Famulary of Beaverton, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Adam Famulary with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar Association found Adam guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Knowingly making false statements of fact to the court
• Failed to correct materially false statements previously made h
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated his duty to maintain the integrity of the legal system, to avoid false statements and misrepresentation, and to avoid prejudicing the administration of justice.
• Caused injury by violating the integrity of the legal process
• Failed to fulfill his duty of candor to the probate court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Adam fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.masterfulattorneys.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
