Attorney Victor Vouga of Butler, PA; cheerleader for thieving attorneys

The state of Pennsylvania provided Victor E. Vouga with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Marquette University School of Law. Vic also received a law license to practice in Wisconsin in 1983.

In one matter, Vic decided to act as a character witness for attorney James Donohue who was convicted of misappropriating [stealing] over $48,000 from his clients, funds that he used to pay personal expenses. Jimmy also had IRS tax liens lodged against him in an amount exceeding $42,000.00.

In his laughable testimony in support of Jimmy having his law license reinstated, Vic made the following statements.

• Jimmy is an excellent lawyer, able to think on his feet
• Jimmy battles for the little guy (steals from the little guy)
• Has no hesitation in referring cases to Jimmy upon his reinstatement
• Jimmy’s reputation in the community for honesty and integrity is very good (what community is Vic talking about? Jimmy’s thief and tax cheat)
• Believes Jimmy will be an asset to the legal community, the bar association, and to his clients (albeit not prior victims)

Hopefully, James Donohue and/or someone acting on his behalf took affirmative action to reimburse Vic for the costs he incurred in purchasing a tube of Industrial Strength Chapstick.
