Attorney Michael Fein of Harrisburg, PA; fraud aficionado

The state of Pennsylvania provided Michael B. Fein with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Altered records in response to a subpoena in a matter pending before the Delaware County Orphan’s Court
  • Over period of three years, Bobby failed to comply with multiple court orders and decrees issued by the Orphan’s Court
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Knowingly falsified evidence
  • Unlawfully obstructed another party’s access to evidence
  • Knowingly offered evidence he knew to be false

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Mikey practices at 601 Commonwealth Avenue in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
