The state of Pennsylvania provided Asher Brooks Chancey with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Asher guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to explain a matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

Failed to abide by client decisions concerning objectives of the representation

Engaged in a pattern of negligence in handling client legal matters

Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

Failed to consult with client about means by which the client’s objectives are to be accomplished
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme punished Asher by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. October 2020), Asher practices at 1700 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
