Attorney Rhonda McCauley of Ft. Smith, AR; cheating loser

The state of Arkansas presented Rhonda Ann Jones McCauley with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Rhonda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client regarding immigration matter
• Failed to keep client informed about status of his case
• Upon termination, failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to take appropriate steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Rhonda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
