As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the hearing board punished Lari Jean by gifting her with a 90-day suspension of her law license.
 
In 2008 a hearing board panel found Lari Jean guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Knowingly and intentionally violated a court order
  2. Intentionally withheld information from a judge she was required to provide
  3. Knowingly made a false statement to a court
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Engaged in unethical judge shopping
  6. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct involving multiple offenses

In a lame attempt at levity, the comedians on the panel ordered that Lari Jean attend a one day ethics class. Ethics classes for someone whose been practicing law for over 20 years? What’s the point?
