Attorney Jacqueline Chronkhite of Ft. Smith, AR; slacker, loser

The state of Arkansas presented Jacqueline Chronkhite with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Jackie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to effectively consult with her client Karen Johnson about how her objective, to keep her lawsuit alive, could be accomplished by having summons issued and timely served on at least one defendant
• Failed to consult with the client about how the client's objectives are to be accomplished
• Failed to advise client about status of the matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jackie by gifting her with a complimentary caution.
