Attorney Gregory Taylor of Little Rock, AR; ethical gnome

The state of Arkansas presented Gregory D. Taylor with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Greg guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep clients informed about status of their case
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Failed to provide necessary information in discovery response that resulted in his clients being assessed $500 in costs by the trial court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
