Attorney Mark Udren of Cherry Hill, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented Mark J. Udren with a law license in 1967 after he graduated Villanova University School of Law. Kenyatta also received a license to practice in New York in 2009.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in negligent misappropriation [theft] of client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Mark practices with the Udren Law Offices PC at 111 Woodcrest Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
